For each construction product for which there is a harmonized european standard or guideline (ETAG) for a european technical approval (ETA).
When is CE-marking possible, when required?
CE-marking is possible starting with the date of aplicability of the hEN.
CE-marking is required as soon as the co-existence period is over.
To which construction products can CE-marking not be applied?
To those which are not covered by the CPD or for which there is no harmonized european standard or guideline for an ETA.
What happens if a construction product is not marked even though a harmonized european standard exists and the co-existence period is over?
This product may not be put into circulation at the single european market.
