 Construction Products Directive - Scope

The Construction Product Directive only applies to construction products which

• are produced or put into circulation within the EU for being permanently used in buildings in structual or civil engineering.
• are destined to be used in buildings for which legal regulations exist in one or more member states.
• contribute to the fullfillment of at least one "essential requirement" (ER).
